Lovettsville Hall Information
Our Social Hall/Conference Center features two separate meeting spaces (the Banquet Room and the Meeting Room) that can be combined to one large space. The overall space has accommodations for approximately 350 People with tables and chairs, a capacity of over 450 theater-style seats for conference settings and a caterers kitchen. State of the Art Wireless Audio/Visual Technology - Including one Electric drop down Projection screen, and a manual projection screen, Five 32" High Definition LCD Monitors for PowerPoint and Slide Show Presentations, and a Wireless Microphone System with multiple speakers, High Speed Wireless Internet, Full Wet Bar, a 10' x 25' stage, Large Parking Facility, Non Smoking Facility.

The Banquet Room
The banquet room features accommodations for approximately 250 People with tables and banquet chairs, a capacity of over 300 theater-style seats for conference settings. The Meeting Room
The Meeting room features accommodations for approximately 75 People with tables and banquet chairs, a capacity of over 150 theater-style seats for conference settings. A manual pull down projection screen and two 32" televisions for power point or slide show presentations.
The Kitchen is available to be booked separately, with the banquet hall, or with the entire space. It features a Flat Griddle, Cooking Range, Oven, Fryer, Bun Warmers, Coffee Maker, Freezers, refrigerators, 3 compartment sink, and a standard dishwasher.
Decorations and event setup and cleanup
When reserving the hall, be sure to reserve enough time to setup decorations, tables, chairs, podiums, or other requirements specific to your event. At no time will any pyrotechnic devices, sparklers, or other dangerous materials be allowed. Any decorations used must not in any way damage the walls, or flooring. All decorations will need to be removed and cleaned up prior to end of your reservations.
At the discretion of the Hall Committee Chairperson, The hall can be opened prior to your reservation for decorating and hall setup verification.
Tables and Chairs
LVFR can provide up to 105 73" x 30" Rectangular tables and 375 chairs. for your event. If you would like to have the tables and chairs setup prior to your event, and returned to their original configuration after your event, see the table below. Otherwise it will be your responsibility to arrange tables and chairs for your event, and return them to their original configuration.
If you require Round Tables, Cocktail Tables, or would like premium chairs for your event, please see the following local rental companies that can assist you with your needs.

*LVFR reserves the right to increase the security deposit depending on the nature of the event
**If you are not using us to perform setup of the tables and chairs you must return the tables and chairs to their previous configuration or you be assessed the Setup fee for tables and chairs.
Note: Security Deposit and rental agreement are required to reserve the hall on a specific date.
